The initial release of B2B Procedures, "Tranche 1", occurred on 15 January 2006. A total of 28 participants were involved in B2B Tranche 1, including 16 Market Customers and 12 Distribution Network Service Providers (DNSPs), together with 14 metering service providers.
A post implementaiton review (PIR) of Tranche 1 was undertaken by the B2B Procedures Reference Group and NEMMCO Retail Market Development, with recommendations submitted to the Information Exchange Committee (IEC) for review on 16 November 2006.
The published B2B Tranche 1 PIR has been approved by the IEC and incorporates the IEC's agreed recommendations from November 2006.
