NEMMCO is required to publish distribution loss factors (DLFs) by 1 April each year. These distribution loss factors are to be applied for the next financial year. The DLFs must be:
- Calculated initially and reviewed annually by the appropriate Network Service Providers;
- Approved by the Australian Energy Regulator (AER); and
- Provided by the Network Service Provider to NEMMCO and published by NEMMCO by 1 April each year.
Version 2 of this document includes DLF Codes for Victoria and Integral Energy, DLF codes JRED and FSWP, and adjusted site specific DLFs for Aurora Energy.
Version 3 of this document includes DLF codes GS78, XOX1, XLSL, and FQW, and corrected DLF values for DLD2 and DLD6.
Version 4 of this document includes the change of DLF Code for NMI NTTTW0RU20 to UNIT, the removal of NFFFNRK039 and DLF code BS44, and the replacement of NMI 3115820840 by 3117476607.
