At 07:18 hrs on 11 May 2008 protection systems at the H39 Woree substation operated to trip 275 kV feeder 877 Woree-Chalumbin and the bus tie circuit breaker between H39 Woree 132 kV 2 bus and 3 bus.
Due to prior scheduled outages the a total of approximately 96 MW was shed. Power supply was restored to all de-energised substations by 07:58 hrs on 11 May 2008.
