Power System Incident Report: Mulitple Contingency Event in Queensland - Braemar PS Units 1 and 2 Trips 28 January 2008

At 15:13 hrs on 28 January 2008, the Braemar Power Station in Queensland suffered the loss of both Units 1 and 2. These events took place over a few seconds.

This report has been prepared under clause 4.8.15 of the Rules to assess the adequacy of the provision and response of facilities and services and the appropriateness of actions taken to restore or maintain power system security.
