On 26 January 2008 constraint violations occurred during a planned outage of the Geelong to Keilor No.2 220kV line. While this event is not reviewable under clause 4.8.15 of the Rules to assess the adequacy of the provision and response of facilities and services and the appropriateness of actions taken to restore or maintain power system security, it has been done to improve transparency.
