The Ministerial Council on Energy is planning to establish a National Stakeholder Steering Committee (NSSC) to develop a framework for introducing electricity smart meters across Australia.
On behalf of the NSSC, NEMMCO is conducting this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of secretariat services, program office and subject matter expertise to support the NSSC and its working groups in coordinating the development of the National Smart Metering framework.
Both individuals and companies are invited to submit proposals in response to the RFP. Proposals need not cover the full range of requirements.

Proposals must be received by NEMMCO by 4:00 pm EST on Monday 4 August 2008.
