On the 23 July 2008 the NEMMCO Board approved the Settlement Residue Auction Information Memorandum dated 1 July 2008. This Information Memorandum has a maximum life of 14 months. It relates to Auctions held after the date of this Memorandum and until the earlier of the date on which a new Information Memorandum is issued or 14 months after the date of this Memorandum.
