This informs all National Electricity Market Registered Participants, Intending Participants and interested parties that NEMMCO has completed the consultation on MSATS Procedures: CATS Procedures Principles and Obligations version 2.9 and the MSATS Procedures: Procedures for the Management of Wholesale, Interconnector, Generator and Sample (WIGS) NMIs Version 2.9.
The consultation was conducted under Clause 7.2.8 of the National Electricity Rules (the Rules) in accordance with the rules consultation requirements in clause 8.9 of the Rules.
The effective date for these updated procedures is 20th February 2009.
