This informs all National Electricity Market Registered Participants, Intending Participants, Metering Data Providers and interested parties of the Final determination in response to the consultation that NEMMCO has undertaken on the MDA Nomination Rules.
The consultation was conducted under clause 5 of the MDA Nomination Deed and clause 2.3 of the MDA Services Deed.
