This report is published in accordance with NEMMCO’s obligations under the Rules, providing AEMC and stakeholders with an update on:
- The application of evolving technologies and processes within the NEM;
- The impact of the introduction of retail competition on the NEM; and
- Potential amendments to the metering chapter of the Rules [Chapter 7] to accommodate evolving technologies and processes or the development of the market.
