This Notice of Final Determination informs all Consulted Persons of the consultation on “Proposed Changes to Settlement Residue Auction Rules”.
The consultation was conducted under clause 3.18.3 of the National Electricity Rules (“the Rules”) in accordance with the Rules consultation requirements, clause 8.9.
Second Stage of Consultation
NEMMCO issued the second stage of Consultation on 24 June 2008. Included with the Consultation was a marked up copy and a clean copy of the proposed changes to the Settlement Residue Auction Rules.
NO submissions were received on this matter
NEMMCO has produced the Final Determination, a copy of which is available below for all Consulted Persons.
Decision
Pursuant to clause 3.18.3(d) of the Rules, NEMMCO will submit the proposed changes to the Settlement Residue Auction Rules to the Settlement Residue Committee for approval at its next meeting on 8th August 2008.
