National Electricity Rules Clause 3.6.5: Methodology for the Allocation and Distribution of Settlements Residues

This methodology has been updated from the previous version dated 4 July 2005 for consistency with Rule 3.6.5(a), particularly parts (4A) and (4B), dealing with the recovery of negative settlement residues from future auction proceeds rather than future auction fees.
