The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and the Protocol have been developed by the Jurisdictions, ie South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland and NEMMCO to co-ordinate actions to be taken under individual State Emergencies Services Legislation to manage power system security emergencies.
